Tigmi Tacchedirt

Tigmi Tacchedirt is a stunning lodge on the edge of North Africa’s highest mountain village at 2345 metres. Built to blend into the village architecture, the lodge offers superb group and individual accommodation with spectacular views of the valley and the surrounding mountains, and offers a unique opportunity to gain an insight into Berber village life.

Tigmi Tacchedirt is situated in the village at the head of the Imenane Valley. Ideally located for hiking, the lodge is at the crossroads of 5 hiking routes; Tizi n’Likemt and Lac d’Ifni; Tizi n’Tacchedirt and Setti Fatma; Tizi n’Tamatert and Aremd; Tizi n’Addi and Oukaïmeden; Imenane valley and Asni.

Individual and family accommodation is built around 2 private apartments, each with 3 rooms and a private salon opening onto a terrace that is separate from the group accommodation. All rooms are furnished with en suite bathrooms equipped with flush toilets and hot showers. The rooms (doubles or family rooms with 3 beds) can be rented separately, or a whole apartment (sleeping a minimum of 7) can be rented exclusively.

Group accommodation for up to 40 is in small 4-bed dorms with shared bathrooms and terraces. Exclusive dining rooms or salons are available for groups.
